How pre-order works
Why we do pre-orders and how do they work ?
A pre order is the act of purchasing a product that has not yet been released or produced.
Pre ordering is also useful for consumers as it guarantees they'll immediately receive a product upon the release, when the production of the watch is finished. If demand is very high or production batches are small, it can be nearly impossible for customers to buy the products normally. Frustration can happen.
Doing preorders on the beginning of a collection is good to gauge customer interest in a particular product. If we have a lot of demand, we can then produce a higher amount of a specific watch aesthetic for a permanent collection. Of course, when we do a preorder, we do a specific and unique reference that will not be produced again in the future. For example, a blue dial with a specific finish. After 1 to 10 days of preorders, we will not propose this blue dial again, but we will move to a permanent collection with different references.
Instead of ordering large quantities of products that end up as dead stock, we don't want to waste valuable funds that can help us invest in exciting developments for our brand, to please our community.

Launch of the pre-order
The first step is the launch of the pre-order window directly on the product page. Generally, we open the pre orders between one (1) to ten (10) days.

Step 2
End of the pre-order
As soon as the pre-order window closes, we start production of the main components and orders received. We usually pre-pay for some components and movements, in order to start production in advance and to be quicker on delivery dates.
Step 3
Delivery of the first orders
We will begin the delivery of the first orders, by order date. As soon as the watch is ready for shipping, the customers will receive a notification with the tracking number.
Step 4
Delivery of the following orders
The following orders will continue to be shipped, by batch of "x" items per day. The customers will receive a notification with tracking numbers as soon as the watch is ready to be shipped.
